I work for a major shoe company and love the look of these. In practice, they run small, the outsole is heavy and the zipper “bites” through to the instep. Hard pass. | |

These boots are really nice and mostly comfortable except that the tops of the boots are a little stiff and rub a little for the first few wears. The first pair I ordered had a minor irregularity and customer service was very prompt in sending me a new and perfect pair. | |

Zipper problems - not addressed Mia |
Loved the boots. They are solid and cozy, and look really good on. However the zipper was sticky from the first, and is low quality. I have high arches, and the top of my feet is a little tight against the fabric with socks when closed. Maybe sizing up if you have high arches could solve this, not sure. After wearing the shoes for an hour the zipper on the right foot split. I contacted the company and got a response that they would fix it. Since then, nothing. It’s been at least a month, and I can’t wear my boots properly. I feed the zipper together by hand and wear them for a while. For the price this really should not be happening to begin with ! | |
