I had my eye on these sandals for months but was hesitant to buy because of reviews that they run narrow. It turns out, they’re a perfect fit. My feet aren’t narrow and I don’t have much of an arch. They’re comfortable, versatile and beautifully constructed. It’s true, they are expensive (at least for me), but I keep my shoes for years and the style is unique with some lovely details. I’m so happy it worked out and that I was able to try them before buying them as I don’t live anywhere near a store. Super happy and fabulous customer experience. | |

After eyeing these sandals for a few months decided to try them, which is a leap of faith since you need to pay for shipping and return shipping and also return shipping if you decide to send them back. Luckily they were just as pictured and very nicely made, so I kept them. For sizing, I usually wear a 10-10 1/2 and site recommended size 41, but they were too short. Did an easy, free exchange for 42. | |

O, now that I have worn it a few times, it has become my favourite for most casual chic occasions. I wore it with midi dresses, wide leg jeans and indeed shorts and minis. Overall experience was excellent. I returned the shoe and ordered another. I reached out to the company and they replied immediately, which I really appreciate. The only problem with this shoe is that they were too narrow for my wide foot and my high in step couldn’t even make it all the way through the shoe. Other than that, they were beautiful. | |

I love these shoes so much I want to only wear Lacucq every day. I feel sorry for any other shoes in my closet. I go between 40 and 41s and for this one definitely needed the 41. Not sure that means “ size up” for everyone but if you are cuspy don’t size down. The texture of the leather is somewhere between a distressed patent and a vintage car seat. Instant faves. | |

The return exchange process is overly complicated with process time slow. The Atlas sandal was too tight for me as I have a bunion and it cut my foot at that spot in a painful way.I needed to return it but I am only allowed an exchange. Im concerned all their shoes will fit the same. I put in the request a few days ago and mailed them back at my expense now I am awaiting a confirmation they were received before I can order something else. I just feel like I dont want to buy from Labucq | |

Very good advice about sizes, fast delivery. if your foot is wide, i can see where these might not work. i have narrow heels and medium-width forestep and they fit well. wore straight out of the box for three days, no blisters or break-in period. note these shoes have no arch support at all, but the light, foam platforms help; my feet don’t feel tired. also, is true people gape at these shoes, if you like compliments. | |

gorgeous, comfy, special, no blisters, no breaking in nec. i can see where the first strap might be too tight if you have a wide foot; i have narrow heels and medium-width feet in the front, and the sandals fit great. there’s not really arch support to speak of, but the sole is so light and shock-absorbing that i wear them for many hours without getting tired. my arches are happy. | |

Labucq is my favorite shoe brand not only because they have fun, stylish shoes but also because they have a personal touch in their communications. It is always easy to buy on their website and the shoes arrive quickly so I don’t have to wait long to enjoy them. These cool blue sandals I purchased for a trip to a trade show in Florida where I knew I was going to be on my feet all day and wanted to wear something comfortable that was not a sneaker. I usually wear a size 10, and I had to size up to a 41. The front toe part was too narrow. The 41s fit perfectly. The shoes are CUTE as heck, although, not super comfortable. I hope with time, they will wear in a bit. The exchange process was super easy. I think this company would be able to sell more if they allowed returns for refund, and not only exchange. | |

These have broken in for me pretty fast. I am size 7.5 and I bought an 8. I have slight bunions on both feet and they still fit fine. The first couple times I wore them walking around NYC there were a few spots that rubbed a little. These have nice heights but are still very stable when walking. Good for staying a bit of distance away from dirty city streets. I am planning on taking them for my Europe trip soon. One thing is I do wish hardware was gold (for the cream shoes.) If you feel like the boomers are too boomer-ish for you, then these are a great alternative. | |
