Honestly when I first got the loafers I thought they were going to be comfortable, but I can barely walk in them and they take the skin off the top of my toes. I was so excited about these, but I can’t say they’re worth the money at all :( | |

Very cute and seems comfy so far. Runs a bit large. Been wanting these in black for so long. This is my 3rd pair of LABUCQ. Added my name several times to Koko Moc Black waitlist but was never informed when restocked. Got lucky and saw were available again so ordered asap. Problem…right heels squeaks so I immediately contacted labucq. They were out of stock in my size so couldn’t exchange. Customer service was friendly but suggested it may be my foot shape causing the squeak (which it’s not). Then suggested I take to my shoe repair, which would make them non-returnable regardless of outcome. I suggested labucq send to their cobbler but got nowhere with tha request. I also asked for some kind of return guarantee or discount - only if shoe wasn’t repairable but no response on that either. I have decided to keep and hope squeaking stops on my $440 shoes. I could have returned for full refund but was told they weren’t restocking this color. I sent them an audio of squeaking, and they asked for a video … of what?? me standing in shoe moving my heel. I just wish labucq would have let me send shoes back so they could repair their own manufacturing issue without me taking risk of a keeping expensive squeaky right shoe. They did say this was the first time they’ve encountered this particular problem, but doesn’t help my squeak. All-in-all I think labucq has great shoes, but don’t feel great about this particular outcome. | |

These shoes are really beautiful and comfortable, the craftsmanship is evident. As advertised, they do not slip or flop off the foot despite the open back. My friend actually went out to buy similar white loafers after wistfully caressing these in my closet, but, unfortunately for her, they will never compare to my Koko Mocs. I ordered a size too small originally, but I think that was more my mistake with the conversion than the shoes themselves. The Labucq team was extraordinarily helpful with the exchange, very available, and speedy with delivery. I also have a pair of the Boomer sandals and am sure that some kind of Labucq boot is in my future... | |

These are beautifully made and designed. If a square toe, slight platform, leather slide is on your wish list, these will absolutely fit the bill. They’re comfortable in the sole and leather upper, but take adjusting to after a summer of sandals which should be expected. | |

I can't stop wearing my Koko Moc Black. They are very versatile and a great quality shoe. It is on the heavier side, but I do not mind that. I also usually stay away from backless shoes because I personally do not find them easy to walk around in, but could not resist and do not regret it one bit! | |

The shoes that arrives were pretty different from each other, one had creases and scratches. The customer service team were so so great! They sent me out a new pair that looked better but as I’m wearing them, one shoe is wearing totally different than the other and one has widened quite a lot like they’re completely different leather? I know they’re handmade but it’s a little too substantial for a pair of shoes.. and both pairs they sent? They appear fine to wear unless you look too close, just not what I expected for the price. | |

I swooned over the Koko moc for too long before I purchased them. I ordered a size 37 based on reviews and the size chart on the site. They were too big and sold out in a 36. I sent them back and had no problem at all. The customer service was fantastic! The quality and detail of the product and packing was exceptional. I hope these will be restocked in my size. | |

I love my new Koko Mocs in cream! I was searching for a loafer but wanted something with a bit of extra style . Wanted them to subtlety stand out but still fit a classic style These are perfect! You can dress down with jeans and they are stylish to wear out with more dressy outfits . I have worn the Kokos out everywhere. The heel gives you extra height without the torture of heels. The Koko makes me feel extra stylish whenever I wear them. The size was perfect , I am a 38 and purchased a 38. I have been able to walk distances in them I will be purchasing the Boomer in cream next ! Shipping to Australia was seemless. I am 56 years :) | |

Excellent customer service! I received my shoes but unfortunately they were a bit big. I went to return them the same day I received them and got the right size mailed to me in literally 3 days! The shoes fit perfectly, although it took a solid 2 days of wearing them to break in. I have naturally wide feet so this was expected, but now I feel no discomfort at all!! Definitely worth the money. | |

Overall, I am pleased with Labucq. Initially, they shipped me the wrong shoes... But we’re efficient in sending me the correct pair. I recommend sizing up. This is more than I’d usually pay for shoes but I had a gift card and really had my eye on this pair and slept on it for weeks. The quality is excellent and they can be dressed up or down. The color and design feel original and stylish while still very wearable. I really love the green and that they add height. | |

I was a little worried about them being heavy or hard to walk in, but once i received them, i knew i had nothing to worry about. They are so comfortable and easy to walk in. i've literally been wearing them everyday since receiving them. I live in NYC so i naturally walk a lot. They are a perfect balance of casual and put together/dressy. I bought the Ivory, which is a soft pebbled leather. I am normally a US 7.5-8, slightly wide foot, and the 38 fits great. They arrived quickly, couldn't be happier! | |
