My shipment showed being delivered and took an additional week to show up. Customer service took two days to respond to each email. Then I was told these couldn’t be returned for a refund because they were on sale. Obviously, my first and last purchase with this brand. | |

Easy order, fast processing, but very disappointing that despite ordering a size larger due to recommendations they are both unwearable (can't fit my slightly higher, but by no means freakishly so arches through the back strap & my foot hangs off the back) unreturnable (due to sale price). | |

Great. I accidentally ordered the wrong shoes and contacted Labucq to request to swap, they took care of it all and were friendly and easy to deal with. I love the shoes. They’re super comfy and easy to walk in with the platform. I wear them to work all day with no problems. They look good with anything and I’ve been wearing with socks, without, etc. | |
