I usually have 6.5 so I’ve ordered size 7, and I have enough room for my toes, they will be both good with thin or thicker socks. I really appreciate the light leather lining, as it’s annoying when dark lining stains my light socks. So I was looking for the this kind of boots with light colored lining for quite a long time and am very happy I’ve found them! seems like a small thing but if you've encountered this problem, it's a very important benefit. I have a narrow feet but it's a little difficult to put on the boots, I don't know if the reason is the location of the zipper, although I always use a shoe horn. But the leather is very soft, and I think they can adjust a bit to the feet after some time of wearing and it will be easier to put them on. The black laces keep coming undone so I tie them in a knot, maybe later they become not so slippery and I can tie them as usual. Overall I love them, as they look amazing and feel amazing.

They pair great with cropped pants and dresses and I want to wear them everyday. No break in required, and easy to pull on and off with the zipper. The leather laces were slippery and kept coming undone but I double knotted them and have had no issues since. I did go up a size to accommodate thicker socks when needed and they still fit well even with thin socks or tights.

It has the look of a heavy combat boot but the leather is soft and the boot is surprisingly light and comfortable. The lines are simple and clean which means that I can wear it with dresses or jeans. I’m usually size 39, but sometimes a 40, and I should’ve sized up. I tried breaking them in, but the first day I wore them I ended up with horrible blisters on my heels. Unfortunately they were sold out of the size up and only accept returns on store credit, which makes it difficult to match the price. I adore the shoe so I decided to keep them and keep trying to break them in.

I have owned a few pairs of docs and other similar boots but these are like nothing else. So light, so comfortable, so sleek. I wear a size 9 and sometimes feel like the clown shoe effect happens when I wear a combat boots, but not with these. I have other Labucq shoes in size 39 but went with a 40 in these and it was the right choice. I have room for any thickness of sock as well as an arch support insert. If you're debating, go for it!

The leather is super soft and they’ll definitely last me a long time. I’m between sizes 7.5 and 8, and went for the 38 and they fit perfectly. It is pricey (wait for a promo like me) but definitely worth it! My cat loves them too, I feel bad having to take them from him everytime I want to wear them lol

These gave me the idea that a green boot could sub in for a brown boot in most scenarios and make more of a statement. They have worked fantastically. They elevate every outfit —- cords, track pants, high waist. I appreciate they are light weight and the refined feel for this style of boot. Love the easy side zipper and great fit. (My feet are not narrow.)

2020-12-31	Tankie Variant: Tankie Black	so far so good Rebekah Steel	first of all, these shoes are very well-made and super beautiful-- as elegant in profile as they appear in pics. i only received them a few days ago, so i have yet to wear them out and about yet, but i have worn them around the house a few times and can feel them gradually softening and breaking in. i was told to err on the larger side if i was unsure of or between shoe sizes. i bought a 9.5 since that is typically my exact size. i realized my right foot is slightly larger than my left, so their fit (on that foot) so far is a bit tight but i think i'm going to be able to break them in well enough that it won't be an issue. i had an exchange with customer service and it seems like they'll be very prompt and accommodating if i do decide i want to exchange or return within the thirty-day window.

As a first time purchaser I had no idea what to expect as far as quality, fit, and design~ all of which were up to par with the cost of the boot. Amazingly comfortable. The only downside is now I want to buy everything. Buyer beware.

I am usually either a 6.5 or a 7, so I originally ordered the 37, but it was a bit small for a boot fit. I replaced with the 38 and they fit great with enough room for a thicker sock. Follow the rec provided by Labucq to size up!
